  • Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Emotional Intelligence (EI)

Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) are frameworks through which individuals acquire specific skills to work on their relationship with themselves, with others and their community. Emotional intelligence enhances self- awareness and healthy management of strong emotions, promotes healthier relationships, improved interpersonal skills, effective communication, and effective empathy. Learning SEL provides people with the abilities required to succeed in life, personally and professionally. There are five core competencies within the SEL framework that include self- awareness, self management, social awareness, relationship management and responsible decision making. We provide half day or full day offerings based on each organization’s personnel needs.

  • Self-Care

Self-Care is engaging in activities or practices on a regular basis to reduce stress and maintain or improve health and wellness. Not engaging in self-care practices can lead to negative impacts on physical and mental health. Self-care practices can help build resiliency that would provide the strength and coping mechanisms necessary to overcome hardships. Many people do not engage in self-care or misunderstand its role and impact. We break down the myths and blocks to self-care so individuals can promote these practices regularly after the workshop. Our work with organizations and corporations help people understand why self-care needs to be a priority for self and organizational effectiveness. Based on an organization's needs we may include psychoeducation on burn out, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and toxic stress. We may also include mindfulness techniques and basic yoga poses to enhance mind, body and soul wellness.

  • Healing Centered Practice

Individuals, families and communities are impacted by trauma. The effects of trauma are intergenerational and could be longstanding. Using healing centered approaches can be used as a way to disrupt systemic systems of oppression, racism and harm. Healing Centered Practice uses tools that highlights the strengths in cultures and communities, welcomes spirituality and multiple healing modalities and encourages relationship building. Based on an organization’s needs we may provide psychoeducation on trauma informed care, toxic stress, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), and the impact of trauma on children and adults. Healing circles can also be facilitated in person or remotely.

  • Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI)

Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ADEI) workshops and training programs are critical to organizations and corporations that are premier leaders in all industries. DEI encourages and promotes participation and inclusivity of groups of individuals based on all positionalities such as race and ethnicities, ages, abilities and disabilities, genders, religions, cultures and sexual orientations. We provide psychoeducation to support organizations in addressing inequitable practices and building work environments that are welcoming, nurturing and that provide a space for authenticity and creativity. Based on an organization and corporation’s needs we will provide psychoeducation and assessments on workplace practices to build out workshops and training that will enhance the diversity, equity and inclusion knowledge and practices in policies and beyond.

Our Story

Dynamic Change Agents

We started doing vision board workshops in Cindy’s living room with family & friends. People enjoyed it and dreams were coming true. We then ventured into doing workshops for payment. We found we had an engaging presentation style and participants were moved and inspired in workshops. We then took all our vision board knowledge and social work knowledge and started to do other workshops. We then saw participants talk about healing and how they were experiencing life changing ways of being. We then saw that we brought healing transformation and impact to the individuals and groups we served.

We seek to cultivate and enrich the experiences of people we work with through intentional relationship building and resource management. We apply our proven expertise and solve some of your organizations most pressing problems. Read more about our services to learn about our offerings.
